About Summit Tick Control

Like far too many other Mainers, I have firsthand knowledge of the prevalence of Lyme Disease in our state. Most of my life, I knew very little about the disease. One bite from an infected tick in 2011 changed that. Fortunately, thanks to an early diagnosis and a round of antibiotic treatment, I am a victorious Lyme Survivor. However, many others who experience this debilitating disease aren’t so fortunate, and are forced to live with the lifelong effects that Lyme can bring.

Finally, I’m in a position where I can join the battle in the fight against Lyme Disease, as well as other tick-borne illnesses. Through education, awareness, and comprehensive Integrated Pest Management techniques, I am thrilled to be able to assist families in effectively controlling the tick population and reclaiming the safe, fear-free use of their yards.
